Don’t Worry Another One Is On The Way

Don’t Worry Another One Is On The Way

Prayer: Oh Lord God of Host, let the Logos words that I read and the Rhema Word that you have spoken be received in the heart of those gathered in your presence this day, in Jesus’ Name. Amen

Don’t Worry Another One Is On The Way

Have you ever saw something you wanted and by the time you finally made up your mind to get it, it was gone. I work at a store called Pier1 and there was this piece of wall art that we had. The original price was about $250.00 and that price was more than I wanted to spend even with my employee discount, so I waited for the price to hopefully go down. Well we had 2 copies of this artwork, the price dropped but it still wasn’t at a cost that I was willing to pay, so I waited. I kept a watch on the piece and I notice one copy was purchased but I still waited. I went to look at the copy that was left and I notice some imperfections such as scratch marks on the surface of the painting. Now I was a little disappointed that I had not gotten the other copy. So I went to our system to check other stores in our region, a few stores had them but they were far away and there was still the price issue. So I forgot about the artwork for a while, then one day a customer came in and purchased the last copy we had. Before you were able to purchase the artwork from the website but that was no longer possible and all the stores near me no longer had the piece in their inventory except one store which was about 55 miles away. The thought came to me, don’t worry another one is on the way. The price had dropped now to $89.00 and with my discount, I said ok now I can buy it. I didn’t want to call the store because I didn’t want to bring this good buy to the attention of any of the sales associated there. So one day as our travel took us in the direction of this store we stopped in and inquired of the piece. First, the manager went to show me and get the piece but it was the wrong piece that was out on the floor. She then went to the stock room and there it was, still in the box all wrapped up as if it had just been delivered to the store, so we purchased it.

One weekend we were out looking for a vehicle for God’s Ministry, I had been doing a lot of research as to what I thought would be a good reliable form of transportation. I went to great lengths to select the vehicle by checking specs, reviews, prices, and different locations. There were 2 dealerships that had the vehicle that fitted the research.

One Sunday afternoon after coming back from a trip from Ellaville, we stopped by the 1st dealership that was about 38 miles from our home. Fortunately, the dealership was still open and we were able to speak with a salesman. He got the key to the vehicle but he told us that there was a buyer from New York who had also inquired of the vehicle and that he had the first choice because he had put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it. Well, the person purchased the vehicle. A couple of weeks later I went to the next dealership and they had our 2nd choice. I test drove the vehicle and spoke to the salesman with regards to purchasing. He took my information and told me I’ll give you a call as it was late when I arrived at the dealer. I got a call the next day saying I was pre-approved and we could come in and finalize the sale. I told him I would be there Saturday morning with my wife so that she could see and test drive the vehicle. That Saturday as were getting ready to go to the dealership prepared to pick up the vehicle, the seat belt on our car would not release so that I wouldn’t be able to fasten it. I felt like a young King Arthur trying to pull the sword Excalibur from the stone. I should have known then that this sale wasn’t meant to be, even Ineda had reservations about the purchase. Upon arriving at the dealer and inspecting the vehicle, there were some areas of concern with the vehicle and learning what the payment would be and the terms of the loan, we decline the offer. The thought came to me, don’t worry another one is on the way.

Then it was placed in my Spirit, “Why go to a dealer, buy from a private seller”. So that is what we did, just purchased it with cash, no loan, no dealer fee, and no long term obligation.

I said all of that to say this, God always has an “Another” for you. In the Book of Genesis, when Cain killed his brother Abel, God gave Adam Seth which means “Substitute” which is the synonym for “Another”, to be in place of Abel who Cain had slain. God could have easily given Abel his life back, after all, he gave him life. But there had to be an “Another” for without Seth, there would be no Enos, without Enos there would be no Noah, without Noah there would be no Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Without Shem there would be no Terah, without Terah there would be no Abram.

In Genesis 22 Abraham’s faith is tried, God tells Abraham, “ Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.

And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him.

Then on the third day, Abraham lifted up his eyes and saw the place afar off.

And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you.

And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering and laid it upon Isaac his son, and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.

And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?

And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together. In other words, he said, “don’t worry another one is on the way.”

And they came to the place which God had told him of, and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.

10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand and took the knife to slay his son.

11 And the angel of the Lord called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.

12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.

And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.

In the Book of 2 Kings Chapter 2 the story of Elijah being taken away by a Whirlwind of Fire, but before he goes, He and Elisha journey to the River Jordan and Elijah took his mantle and wrapped it together and smote the water of the Jordan and it separate and Elijah and Elisha crosses over to the other side. Elijah asks Elisha before I go, what does he want of him. And Elisha says a double portion of your spirit or your Anointed be upon me. Elijah tells him that he ask a hard thing but nevertheless, if he sees him when he departs such would be granted. As Elijah is taken away, he drops his mantle which carried his Anointed. Elisha picks up the mantle, therefore, he receives Elijah’s Anointing. “don’t worry another one is on the way.”

In the Book of John 1:19, it tells us, And this is the record of John when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou? 20And he confessed and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. 21And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered No. 22Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? 23He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.

24And they which were sent were of the Pharisees. 25And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou then if thou be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet? 26John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not; 27He it is, who coming after I am preferred before me, whose shoe’s latchet I am not worthy to unloose.

Simply John was telling them, “don’t worry another one is on the way.”

In John chapter 13, at the last supper, Jesus knew His hour had come that He must leave this world and those He loved to return to the Father. Chapter 14 tells us that Jesus is speaking to His disciples and He tells them, “let not your heart be troubled, believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house is many mansions, if it was not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for, I will come and receive you to Myself. He tells them in verse 16, and I will pray for the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever. Verse 18 says I will not leave you Comfortless: I will come to you. So, “don’t worry another one is on the way.”

I’m here today to tell you:

  • when you got a negative report from the doctor, “don’t worry another one is on the way.”
  • When you are fired from your job for no reason, “don’t worry another one is on the way.”
  • When your friends turn their back on you, “don’t worry another one is on the way.”
  • When that building or ministry that you been attending seems to let you down, “don’t worry another one is on the way.”

Know today Church, I am fully persuaded that God always has your best interest at hand. He loves you, He knows you, In Jeremiah 11:29 He says, I know the thoughts I think toward you saith the Lord, thoughts of good and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

He loves you so much that He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth upon him shall not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus came to intercede on your behalf. He came and defeated and conquered death that we who believed can go and be with Him forever. He then went and made our place ready for our arrival to be with Him and the Father. In his absence, to pray to the Father that he would send the Holy Ghost that would lead and guide us through all manners of truth. He has kept HIS promise, now it is up to you.

It has all been done, so we have no reason to worry, Another is on the way. Another day to get it right, Another Deliverance is on the way, Another healing is on the way, Another blessing is on the way.

Selah

God Bless you and keep you, remembering always Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
